This notice explains how SIA “ARTPLAY” processes personal data when you contact us about kitchen-facade renewal.

Data we process
Your name, telephone number, messages, preferred finish, kitchen information and photographs, and information needed to prepare an estimate and provide the service.
Purposes and legal basis
We use data to answer enquiries, prepare estimates, take steps before a contract and perform a contract. Where necessary, we process data to meet legal obligations and protect legitimate legal interests.
Photos, form and recipients
Supported photos are reduced in your browser before submission. On every device, the form details and up to 6 optional photos are sent as email attachments to info@artplaysurfaces.eu through Resend; no separate photo storage is created. Authorised staff and necessary technical providers may access the data.
Retention
If no work begins, enquiry data is retained until communication ends and for no longer than 12 months. Contract and accounting records are kept for statutory periods. Relevant data may be kept until a legal claim expires.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, object to processing and, where applicable, data portability. Contact us by email. You may complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate at dvi.gov.lv.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores your language and consent choices. Only after consent, Google Tag Manager activates Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel for website analysis and advertising measurement. These providers may receive visited page URLs, browser and cookie identifiers, and a successful-enquiry event. Contact form fields and kitchen photos are not sent for advertising measurement; Meta automatic advanced matching is disabled. Meta may use events to measure, improve and personalise advertising; see the Meta Privacy Policy. Consent for personalised Google ads remains denied. Earlier consent for Google services is not extended to Meta without a new choice. Reject or withdraw consent with the “Cookie settings” button.
Meta server measurement
Only after consent and a verified enquiry is successfully sent, our Cloudflare server sends Meta a Lead event through Conversions API: its time, a random event ID, the language page URL, IP address, browser user agent and available Meta cookie identifiers. A shared ID prevents counting browser and server copies as two leads. Contact form fields and kitchen photos are not sent to Meta. Earlier consent is renewed before server measurement starts; existing refusals remain in effect.
