Data we process
Your name, telephone number, messages, preferred finish, kitchen information and photographs, and information needed to prepare an estimate and provide the service.
Purposes and legal basis
We use data to answer enquiries, prepare estimates, take steps before a contract and perform a contract. Where necessary, we process data to meet legal obligations and protect legitimate legal interests.
Form, WhatsApp and recipients
On desktop, the website sends the form details to info@artplaysurfaces.eu through our email-delivery provider. On mobile, it prepares a WhatsApp message that you choose to send; the data is then transferred to WhatsApp/Meta under that service’s terms. Authorised staff and necessary technical providers may access the data.
Retention
If no work begins, enquiry data is retained until communication ends and for no longer than 12 months. Contract and accounting records are kept for statutory periods. Relevant data may be kept until a legal claim expires.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, object to processing and, where applicable, data portability. Contact us by email. You may complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate at dvi.gov.lv.
